James G. Condon
ames G. Condon passed away peacefully in his home surrounded by his family on November 8, 2023. Loving husband of the late Genevieve. Beloved father of James (Rosemarie), Kathleen (Kevin) Conway, and Mary Ellen (Mark) Staelgraeve. Adored grandfather of James, Megan, Joey, Kevin, Brendan, Andrew, Brigid, and Maureen. Great Grandfather of Charlie and Thea. Fond brother of the late Charles (Eleanor), the late John (Gina), Mary (the late Phil), and Charlene (the late Joe). Caring uncle and friend to many.
A graduate of Immaculate Conception grade school, Loyola High School, Loyola University, and Northwestern Law School. Jim proudly served in the United States Army, and worked as a broker on the Chicago Board of Options Exchange for many years. He was an avid athlete, and enthusiastic player of tennis and platform tennis. Jim loved to travel with his friends and family, including memorable visits to Ireland with his children and grandchildren. Jim always had a dance in his step, a song in his heart, and a joke on his tongue.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 18 at 9:30 a.m. at Christ the King Catholic Church, 9235 S. Hamilton Ave. in Chicago, followed by a Funeral Mass at 10:30 a.m. Interment Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Funeral information: 708-352-6500
