Vivian Mazzotti
Vivian (nee Baldi) Mazzotti, Age 89, cherished daughter of Giovanni and Maria (nee Della Calce) Baldi; loving mother of Anna (nee Mazzotti) McGuire; proud grandmother to Alyssa and Emily McGuire; dear sister to Anna Iacolare and the late Teresa Procida, Rafael Baldi, Domenico Baldi and Carmine Baldi.
Vivian was born and raised on a family farm in Salerno, Italy. In 1970, she came to America where she met her future husband, Joseph Mazzotti. They married in 1971 and welcomed their daughter, Anna, in 1972. They resided in East Hazel Crest, IL, where she took care of her family. Later, Vivian became a seamstress at Roseland Draperies until she retired in 1995. After retiring, the family moved to Manteno, IL where she took care of her husband until his passing in 2001. She then moved to Frankfort, IL with her daughter where she spent the rest of her years helping raise her grandchildren Alyssa and Emily. Her family meant everything to her and kept her busy. She enjoyed gardening, making homemade pasta, pizza, and biscotti. She made friends with everyone and looked forward to feeding neighbors and friends. She fought Parkinson’s for many years, but never let that stop her from all the things she loved doing. Her spirit will live on in her daughter and grandchildren. She is up in Heaven with all her loved ones. May she rest in eternal peace. All arrangements entrusted to Orrico Kourelis Funeral Services Inc.
