Proud grandpa of Marin, Lauren Ann, Christopher John, Wyatt, Benjamin, Eleanor, Miranda, Halley, Margaret, James, Grant, Abigail, Craig, and William.
Dear brother of Lucille (the late Rudy) Frasca, Susan (Robert) Kessler, Clarice (the late Harold) Burri, and Charlotte (the late Kurt) Schindler.
Fond uncle of many nieces and nephews.
Alumnus of Leo H.S., Loyola University, and McGill University, Montreal Canada.
President of Ed Miniat Inc.
Gene traveled extensively for personal and professional reasons.
Avid fisherman and loyal Chicago White Sox fan.
Family and friends will meet at Christ the King Church, 9235 S. Hamilton Ave., Chicago, IL 60643 on Friday, August 12, 2022 for visitation 1:30pm-3:00pm.
Mass of Christian Burial at 3:00pm.
Private Interment St. Mary Cemetery.
