Patrick “Pat” O’Gorman, age 88, Native of Mullagh Co. Clare, Ireland
Beloved husband of 55 years to the late Mary “Rose” (nee Hynes) O’Gorman.
Loving father of Adrian (Kerry) Kost, Colleen (Robert) Oliszewicz, Patrick (Nancy) O’Gorman, and Rosaleen O’Gorman.
Proud Papa of Mallory, Clare Marie, Brendan, Kevin, Catherine Rose, Daniel and Maggie.
Cherished son of the late John and Ellen (nee Boyle) O’Gorman.
Dear brother of John and the late Maura, Peggy and Breda.
Fond uncle of many nieces and nephews.
Pat left Ireland at the age of 17 by way of Toronto to New York then Detroit before settling in Chicago. He made a life for himself working in construction before meeting the love of his life. From there Pat and Rose built a life together, raised a family and worked side by side as he built his own successful business building custom homes for over 60 years. Pat was an avid fan of the Chicago Blackhawks and spent many nights at the games in the old barn. Pat was a family man who worked hard all his life and was very strong in his faith.

Funeral Saturday 9:15 a.m. from the Robert J. Sheehy & Sons Funeral Home, 9000 W. 151st Street, Orland Park, IL to Our Lady of the Woods Church, Mass 10:00 a.m. A live stream link will be available just prior to the Mass.
