Ronald W. Abram, age 77, U.S. Navy Vietnam Veteran. Beloved husband for 53 years to Shirley, nee Doyen. Loving father of Michele (Mark) Sauser and Mary (George) Alexiades. Cherished grandfather of Ashlyn Sauser, Eric Sauser and Alexandros Alexiades. Dear brother of Elaine (late Larry) Kucharski and Betty (Dan) Pierog. Fond uncle of several nieces and nephews.
Ron retired from 3M after 35 years of service as a fork lift operator. He was an avid White Sox fan.
Visitation Thursday, June 17, 2021 from 3-8 p.m. Funeral Friday, June 18, 2021, 10:30 a.m. from Colonial Chapel, 15525 S. 73rd Ave. (155th/Wheeler Dr. & Harlem) Orland Park, IL to St. Elizabeth Seton Church, 9300 W. 167th St., Orland Hills, IL 60487. Interment with full Military Honors will take place at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery in Elwood, IL at a later date.
