Age 66, a resident of New Lenox, passed away on Wednesday, December 9, 2020. Beloved wife of Antonio C. Sandoval; loving mother of Danielle (Frank) Beyer and Vincent (Sabina Valencia) Sandoval; cherished grandmother of Seth Price and Penelope Beyer; dear sister of the late Janie (late Raul) Garcia, late Gilbert (Gume) Olivarez, late Angela (late Albert) Gayton, Leonor Olivarez, Isabel (late Robert) Gayton, late Mary Elena Olivarez, Dan Olivarez, Inez Olivarez Jr., Rebecca (Tom) Anderlik, and Lucy (Dominic) DeMatteo; loving aunt to numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents Inez and Rebecca Olivarez. Virginia was a school teacher for District #170 for over 30 years. She was very active and enjoyed going to the gym and walking. She loved reading, cooking, and attending concerts with her husband. Virginia was a devout catholic, and member of St. Jude Catholic Church in New Lenox. She was an avid supporter of Fr. Reynaldo Hugo’s Catholic Church in Peru, and would raise money to help support children in need during the Christmas season. She was a generous, giving, caring, compassionate person, who will always be remembered and never forgotten. The family will receive family and friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 102 E. Francis Rd., New Lenox, IL 60451 on Saturday, December 19, 2020 from 8:30 AM until time of prayers at 10:30 AM to St. Jude Catholic Church, 241 W. 2nd Ave, New Lenox, IL 60451 for a 11:00 AM Mass of Christian Burial. Interment private. WEARING MASKS AND SOCIAL DISTANCING ARE MANDATORY FOR ALL IN ATTENDANCE. NO FOOD PERMITTED IN THE FUNERAL HOME.
